From Inter Alia, an internet legal research blog, comes this pointer to a Washington Post site that lets you browse every vote in the United States Congress since 1991. For example, on December 19, 2005, Representative Baker did not vote on House Resolution 275, expressing the Sense of Congress regarding the education curriculum of Saudi Arabia. I'm prepared to let Mr. Baker slide on that one.
